I don't remember who the company was, but I think I remember seeing an ad in the back of Trade-A-Plane for these things. It's been a while but maybe they still have them in there.
Some toy-stores have them, the reproduction of the 1940 and 50 ones. Check out ebay and get them cheaper. Spend 4 times the money and you can get a nice original one from the30s or 50s.
