The Math still needs to be done, should be about $330 per full year pilot.


The company told the last MEC meeting that painting should begin about the end of March, depending on the progress of heavy checks.

Mesa has it own big problems right now! JO wouldn't want to deal with this pilot group!!

Total U.S. Airways profit sharing = $58,000,000 Piedmont's share = $555,000 = Less than 1% What a joke. No Rj's (not that I care), no growth, no paint, no respect for Piedmont. I really can't see anything good happening here, although I would really like to. I'm about to join the masses and move on before I get sucked in with decent pay and schedule....

Yes this is true!!!!

It has to be, I heard this rumor when I got hired in 2000. Then I heard it again in 2001, albeit briefly. Then in BK part one in 2002, we were definately getting sold to Mesa. The ink was drying on the paper in 2003. The doors were closing and all of PDT's management had golden parachutes ready in 2004. They were turning off the electricity in SBY in 2005. We were already shutdown and didn't even know it in 2006. Now, here in 2007? Sold to Mesa!

If you are going to post stupid rumors, at least find some original ones. There are plenty to choose from.

The scope thing is true, but that would be easily fixed by a simple agreement between our unions. That certainly is not biggest thing preventing us from getting the 400's.

Not true. The scope is for all reginol carriers. Mainline may not like Piedmont, but they sure as hell hate Mesa, so I don't see them changing the scope for Mesa.
