WTF do you shive a git for? You're begging for a Brickyard callsign... seeya.

Q400's... Piedmont....

If you believe that, I've got ocean front property in Nebraska for sale. Dirt cheap......

PDT management would love to have them as we all would. Sad fact is US missed the boat on the airplane. At $25 mil per airframe, we've got a better chance of them buying us yachts.

Dang right!

It just irks me somewhat that a blamefaiter FO is trolling for replies from both sides of the gimme-gimme equation. Sickening, actually. Whatcha think a MDA pilot thinks of some puke salivating over the rumor mill while sitting in a seat here?

As Jimmy McArdle says: SEE YA!

No kidding. Pretty trying to get some flame bait over PDT. The entire operation was set on fire the day JAX closed.

Reason for so many CQ people is because the company did a CQ Re-alignment! I think the FAA allows this after so many years, and they wanted to do it with the ALG intergration.
As for Q400's.... Heard that if US Airways wanted some, 2.5 years to get them on the property! Guess we missed that boat again also.
I just hope there is some growth in the future. Even if its some more 300's, 2's or 1's!! Anything!

CQ = Continuing Qualification. That's what airlines with an Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) call their recurrent.

Enough acronyms yet?:)

The contract allows the company to involuntarily realign a pilots' base month once during the duration of the current agreement. I don't think the FAA could care less if base months are realigned more than once as long as done properly, but I wouldn't bet my life on it. That's what that letter from the training dept was all about a while back. That way as few people as possible got realigned involuntarily.

If December has been loaded up with CQ's it may have to do with the probability of less new hire training during that month freeing more time for CQ's.

Surf, I've been out sick with the cold from he!! for a several days, so Happy Thanksgiving since I'm haven't seen anyone lately.
