Getting all my stuff together to start applying...got the AFOQT out of the way, but what are these PCSM scores everyone is talking about? Thanks..

PCSM stands for pilot candidate selection method. It is a score that represents how you did on the AFOQT pilot/nav sections, the BAT, and how many flight hours you have. They take each of those scores, plop them in the computer and it shoots out some number between 1 and 100.
