PCL Pilots TDY in CVG????

Talking to a friend of mine at PCL says that there is a single line for 4 CA and 4 FO's to CVG on TDY?

WTF is this all about?

It's pretty much true. No idea what it's about. We got 3 crewtrac messages regarding this, but I promptly deleted them because I'm not on the ATL/Delta side of things.

You guys don't have a base in CVG do you? How can you TDY to a city where you don't have a domicile?

They opened a base in CVG. Because its not expected to be permanent they can staff it with TDYs.
