My first recommendation to you is to change your screen name to something that doesn't sound feminine. Then you'll be flamed less. Second, when starting a thread, put the name of the company in the thread. For example, you'd get more responses from Cape Air pilots if you entitle the thread, "Cape Air Pay".

Lastly, PM (private message) ATRGRRRRRL and ask her your pay question - she works there.
