Hey guys,
Obviously I don't fly for the majors but looking for very specific help.
I worked for a carrier whom never sent a pay stub for my last pay check. It is pertinent as I have been paying them off and they withheld a large chunk of it or it would be....three weeks until the whole thing could be cut (which I had no idea would be the case and my new job at the time would be three weeks till the 1st paycheck)....numerous bills and no income I had no choice.
The pay stub would show amount paid and withheld...I tried to discuss over the phone...but to no avail...they say I must come in. What should be my concerns, "specific words(legality)" to be used, and best course/option?
