On the 15 day reserve, you call by 6PM the night before and the company tells you if it is a workday. If it is a workday, you will go out for no more than 5 days. You will be off after a work period for 3 days. Then it starts over again on your last day off until you have worked 15 days.
On the 18 day skd, the previous month you send in your request for a skd with certain parameters (don't know them off hand) and by the 15th of the prvious month you are given your 18 days of work.
As for vacation, on the 15 and 18 day skd, you will have at least 15 days off. 4 lead in days-then 7 vacation days and then 4 lead out days. Could be more but this is the minimum. On the 7/7 you get 21 days off. Your vacation knocks out the 7 work days that it touches.
