Pay Rates in TPA

Hey guys I need some help in making a huge decision. I just got offered the very begging stages of the "off the street hiring" process.

Im just wonder how much I would make in the TPA approach area starting out,5 years, 10 years top out. Thanks for the help guys.

Search within the ATC section for a thread entitled ATC Benefits. I have a rather long post within that thread that gives links and explanation for the pay and promotions. TPA is an ATC-11....and has been a very sought after facility for years.
