All USA Jet pilots just recently got a pay raise, including first year new hires. Top of pay scale now at $173.40 per hour.

Most pilots make anywhere from 10% to 35% over base, by picking up open time, check airman duties, and other incentives. Top guy was close to $140K last year.
You started this stupid thread now deal with it.

How can you so gleefully get on here bragging about this "Pay raise" as if its so great when you KNOWINGLY leave out the real crappy details. The previous poster is right, but this is more than just a turd... its an absolute embarassment and you should be ashamed and hiding your head, keeping quiet, not on here "bragging" to you "peers" about an absolute bottom feeding "cargo" outfit that won't reward its employees from the hard sweat they put out for those dirtbag owners.

BTW - What happened to you that you ended up polishing the turds at that sh!thole outfit? A violation, a LOI, a Warning Letter, or NO BRAINS?!

Loser is all I can say.

Les Paul

( I meant the company... but hey.... if the shoe fits...)

I think it is a good deal

There is so many negative vibe on this board, I thought I would post some good news. Suddenly making a $80K - $100K per year with a solid company becomes a slam on the great people who work in a growing specialty market segment. We have an expanding passenger business, fantastic training, and the best maintenance in our sector of the business. Our hiring pool is full, our turnover is low. We have passed every FAA inspection with flying colors and set the standard on how to start up a new 121-passenger operation. With all the talk of the regionals becoming career positions our pay and life style is in keeping or even better than many of those new career positions. I thought it was good news and I was just answering questions. However, to be cool on this board you have to slam. So be cool Les. Also for Les Paul be nice, did not your mother teach you if you could not say something nice, don't say anything at all, but then again you hide who you are and are free to be anything you want.

Well.. there isnt anything wrong with earning a honest wage... no matter where you are. However there are some Legacy carrier wannabees that cant digest anything below that... more power to them is all I can say. However those who chose to go a different route may have the last laugh... peace of mind is priceless you know.

Pilotyip....."rock solid company". Maybe you haven't seen your companies financials lately? 2001- $24.786 million loss. 2002- $13,122 million loss. 2003- $8.298 loss.

Rock Solid?

Where did I say rock solid?, the company is doing well, it has managed through extremely tuff times that sent many of the companies in this sector to the chopping block. We survived where others did not. That is a solid performance. It is for you to judge for yourself, but not for other people. I am very happy here.

Application Proccess

How would one go about applying for USA JET. Website or send in resume etc. Thanks
