What do you guys think would be fair pay for a flight department manager/pilot (the only pilot) flying about 40 hours a month for a company with a 58 Baron and a Cessna 210 in the Midwest.

What are some of the main duties should I lay out with the employer that are appropriate and not appropriate for a position such as this.

Don't exactly know piston flight depts., but here's what pro pilot says about corp. TP: Chief Pilot on Cheyenne 2/3 average 48K, lo 37K high 64K. I'd say you'd be able to swing around 40-45K on a Baron.

Hope this helps,
FF
