Pay and Lodging during Compass ground school

The pay scales are quite similar to Eagle's . It only took them 18+ years and numerous contract negotiations to get them there.

Actually, the pay is right on to what we had at ACA/Independence Air...the original holders of the Compass certificate. Keep in mind, this was AFTER the pay cuts.

Well said T-Prop......knowledge IS power.....and my circumstances are different, so it seems to be a fit for me......Anxious to hear what they have to offer. I flew with many ex Indy Air guys at the last 121 gig and they were great!
