While I find her actions ridiculous and very suspect, I have a question for the guys who called her a "bitch." If it had been a male passenger, what word would you have used to describe him?

Azzhole?

Judge should toss the suit at the very first hearing and award punitive damages to the defendents for even having to show up for such a frivolous lawsuit.

Fine.....azzhole is not gender-specific and that would have been much better than using the term "bitch." Thank you. :beer:
 
I can think of quite a few more male-specific insults that would be appropriate to a man pulling such a stunt but wouldn't come close to making it past the FI filter...
 
You cant sue airlines for being scared to death. It's in the fine print.
