Part-time at Big Sky?

I was talking to a friend of mine while in Boise and he mentioned that Big Sky is short enough on crews that they might be willing to hire part-time crews...as in pilots who have another job that allows them to fly on the side. Something about being too short on crews and also less money to pay for benefits and salaries. Any truth to this or just a bad rumor?
