Part-time ANG pilot listed in portal white pages?

Ok, not aviation related, but I'm sure someone has the answer. Would a part-time ANG pilot who has never been active duty Air Force be listed in the USAF Portal white pages? I'm trying to locate a friend but not having any luck through this avenue. Thanks.

I don't think you will find it on there. There is a site called the "super global address book" that does list guard folks, but you need to be on a DoD computer to access it with a CaC.
