I can understand using Pro-Pilot or Avcrew for informational purposes but most Fortune 1-1000 or whatever would not consider them accurate because it is information provided by pilots themselves. The Stanton survey seems to be the most accepted.
The NBAA salary survey is a great tool with very exact calculations of region, company size, aircraft etc., that makes it clear cut.
But you are only as good as you are at the negotiations table when you sign that paper ...
