All part 91 flying that proceds a part 135 leg has to be considered in the crew rest and duty because it is assigned commercial flying.
 
How does that effect DA20 flying?

So what is USA Jet going to do now that they can't "part 91 it home" after their 14 hours of duty + 10 hours of flying? Looks like more quality hotel time?
 
No effect

Thre is no limit on flight tiem or duty, other that the crew's desire to go into rest, on Part 91 flying after part 135 flying. R U are former tail end ferrier?
