Hey there;

I'm trying to find a 141 school that can get your ratings through MEI in the shortest period of time. The trick is that I do not want to be taken with ridiculous prices. There is one school that I am aware of that offer these programs and ratings IR, CRM, CSE, CME, MER, ACE, CFI, CFII and MEI. A few of these seem like hype to me though.

What is Crew resource management? Multi-engine Airline route? Air Crew Education? And are they worth paying for?

This program from start to finish is 8.5 months and is approx $61,000? Is that bad?

Bottom line is that I don't want to train at the FBO in part 61 or 141. Been there done that and I don't feel that I have really accomplished anything.

Suggestions please. No fighting either.

Thanks

Anywhere afordable.

I believe Western Michigan University is offering flight training separate from the university now, Part 141. They offer training through MEI.

Mazzei Flying Service in Fresno, CA. Legit school, no BS airline fasttrack crap, 0 to MEI in 7-8 months, costs about $43K including housing. VA approved. Try this link: http://www.flymfs.com/214.html Good luck.
