Does anybody know of any operators in the Chicago area that use SIC's.

Maybe try PlaneMaster. I think they are located at Dupage.

I don't know much about them...several of the pilots where I work used to fly cargo for them. I know they also do charter stuff.

I just checked their website...it says that no positions are available at this time, but it still wouldn't hurt to get in contact with their CP.
