Help me out with this one.... Part 135 states that minimum qualifications to act as PIC in IFR under Part 135 are:1200 total, 500 point-to-point, 75 instrument (with 50 in an airplane) and 100 night.

At the same time, ATP applicants are required to have the same minimums (except total time) and they can substitute every full stop night landing for one hour of night flight (25 hour maximum)

Does this ATP rule apply to Part 135 minimums for IFR?

blah blah blah i have no clue and I was 135 IFR cert.

135 is 135 so 135 rules apply i would say! but it's not like 135 companies follow the rules

If you mean the landings/night hours rule, I don't think so. Doesn't say so in 135.243.
