Parking at an airport as a pilot

If you really need to save money and can't get a parking pass at PHL, try parking at The Lagoon. It's a hotel/night club where quite a few US Airways commuting pilots/FAs spend the night before and after their trips. They have a shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes if I remember right. Just park out front, wear your uniform, walk into the lobby and blend in with the crews that actually stayed there and then tip well, so the driver never asks questions. I parked there 3 days a week for 5 months and no one ever noticed. At $8/day for economy parking at PHL, that's some serious savings. Oh no, its the parking police! I've read through the post three times and could'nt find anywhere it said to lie! I'm going to go out on a limb and guess your not an airline pilot. This is typical behaviour for an airline pilot (and FA's for that matter). Pilots are the cheapest mo'fos around! But hey, if we did'nt have pilots fighting over pennies, copper wire would never have been invented!

I'm sorry I just couldn't help but post here even though I have no real advice.

Having just read the topic of this post I feel like I NEED to say:

What? Pull into the parking stall, apply brake, shift into park, and remove the keys from the ignition. I didnt know pilots parked differently from anyone else...
