Pan Am Instructors....

anyone have any experience instructing with Pan Am Academy??
Will they hire instructors from outside or..."within"???

I'm thinking of going there when I get to that level of course....any info welcome.

Why bother? Have you lost all hope, I think mesa lets you reinterview every six months.

I feel sory for those kids...getting relocated to a different country for a difficult undertaking with marginal English skills must be a scary experience.

I don't laugh at them, instead, I cut them all of the slack that they need....I feel that they deserve at least that little bit of courtesy especially considering some of the crude comments made by smart-a$$ "Mr. Big Radio Voice" toughguy instructors on the various practice area frequencies around Phoenix.
