Palm logbooks

[Citrus Jockey]

I am looking at different Palm lookbook programs to use on trips instead of carrying around those little logbooks, and I was wondering what people out there that use these programs thought were the best for airline type flying? Please include the web address of the company you recommend. Thanks

For Palm OS, I highly recommend www.airlinelogbook.com. It uses the same Crew Trac format that we use at AirTran (as well as other airlines), and can import your schedule directly to your Palm. I have seen guys at our company that have it, and it looks great. I am waiting/hoping for a Pocket PC version, but currently it is only available for Palm OS. Check out their website and see what you think.

I use it, as do a lot of guys here at ACA and its an awesome program. The ability to import your schedules it nice but what I really like is that it can do my crew duty rest forms for me. All I have to do is print it out. I highly recommend this program. Calculates my per diem, salary, and many other things too.

If you use Logbook Pro it has it's own Palm and Pocket PC versions that sync back to the PC version of Logbook Pro. It has all the data entry capability of the PC version and is so easy to use. Take a look at that too in your shopping venture to make sure you cover all bases. It's heavily pushed on this site too, which makes me feel better about the whole thing too.
