Anyone have any enlighting details about PE. They just posted openings on climbto350.com

They are a great company to work for in my opinion. Pay is 85/day which goes up after 3 months and then again after 6. Weve got medical and dental benefits now which is great. Wherever you go if you get hired try your best not to sign a lease because things are moving and twin runs will open up... I lucked out and got a 402 run after 2 months. One of the newhires from the last 'class' started out on a Seneca run but that was just good timing. PM me if you want any further info!

how's it been? how's old Peanut Butter holding up?

Hello,
I've met their CP and DO, both guys are really great people and they have a modern maintenance facilty in Concord, N.C. Looks like an excellent outfit to work for.

Package Express Is a great company to work for. People are very friendly and they have a excellent safety record. The pilots are great its more like a family.

resume

Anyone know the best way to send a resume there? I'm current and all the other stuff so I won't be harassing anyone.
Rob

best way for resume is to call them and ask for patrick gross (chief pilot). he should give you a fax number. if you don't know the number....call concord regional and ask them, they will give it to you.

ps tell patrick that he still likes little boys and cheese like michael jackson! :D

Here's part of the post from www.skyjobs.net
I couldn't get the text to paste up, but it said forward resume to chief pilot.

Thanks to all for the assist !!!!

Hey folks, this isnt really anything to do with Package Express, but might be of interest to their pilots or new hires. I'm moving from CLT for a job that will finally get me back in the cockpit. I'm a little leery of renting out my house to strangers through a mgmt company (I saw some really nasty homes while checking out rental homes for the move). I'm tossing around the idea of renting out my house to a pilot needing a place with reasonable rent for a nice home, who is willing to be responsible for utilities, yard work, etc. The rent will be very reasonable as I would like to rent out the other rooms as crashpads.

My reasoning is that aviation is a small world and we all look out for each other, therefore my house may be better cared for by a fellow pilot than someone I will never even meet who may skip town in the middle of the night.

The house is four years old, 6 miles from KCLT. 3 BR with bonus, 2.5 bath, one car garage. I'm still tossing this idea around and havent come up with a rent figure yeat, but would like to get an idea of interest. Please PM me if you're interested, also feel free to offer any advice, I've never done this before and dont want to get burned.
