I'm not a PACE pilot, but have two very close friends who were. They operate on many different contracts, so much depends on exactly what you do there.
My two buddies flew the 757 out of JFK, and were there less than a year. Neither was furloughed, but both left. One retired from flying all together. One accepted a recall to Ryan Int'l. Neither of these options suggest a rousing approval of what they were doing at PACE, but again, it was more a reflection of the particular contract they were on, as opposed to an overall reflection of the company.
