Yeah, I knew a pilot for them about 6 months ago when I flew freight in the Twin Cities. I don't think they have navajos unless something changed since I left. You may be thinking of my old company which has the navajos. Both companies fly checks for the same courrier, ICS.
At the time they were flying a couple of aztecs and a 310. (even a 172 from time to time when other planes broke!) They flew bankwork in the dakotas, MN, WI, and IA Their runs were constantly changing as they would underbid other companies bids. We lost 2 runs to them! I know their MX was not too good on the 310 as it was in the shop everyother day.
It was my understanding that the certificate (PacAir) is based in OSH and owned by a retired NWA pilot. He owns one of the Aztecs. The other planes are leased. The 310 was from Crystal-Shamrock (KMIC) and the rest were leased from Prioity Air (KATY) IMHO, I wonder how they could make a profit with so many hands in the cookie jar, unless their pilots worked for free! Like I said this is somewhat dated info so take it for what its worth.
