What in the world or who in the world are they? Trying to make sense of latest NPA letter any information would help....
 
OWG = Operations Work Group... formerly called the PAB (pilot advisory board). Not sure why the name change.

I think it played out something like this:

Company establishes PAB; hand picks pilots.

Union finally realizes this is an end run around the NPA. BOD asks that anyone doing Union work not be a PAB participant.

Company decides "we can fix that". There is no longer a PAB. Now the company has an OWG... same concept, different name.
