Hello,

I just talked to one of my fellow aviators on the phone the other day and he told me there is demand for American Pilots overseas. He told me there was a specific website available to try and find these job postings. However, he did not know the web site address or name. Does anyone know of this website?

I've tried a few foreign aviation jobs but most of the job postings I have seen are for highly experienced pilots, plus right to work to work in that country and immigrate. Does anyone know if some like me ATP, 1530 TT, 115 Multi, can realistically be in demand as an FO in an overseas job?

Thanks!

The only pilot message boards I know of for those outside the USA is The Professional Pilot Rumour Network, but I find it hard to believe they would be looking for American aviators.....Interesting.

I think your total time is a little low to be considered, but the above link will show you websites of numerous foreign placement agencies. Go borrow some bucks and head to Flight Safety and get a type in a Citation or a Lear, and you're bound to find a job here domestically to build some time. Or try some of the bottom-feeder cargo haulers, guys like Capitol Air Cargo out of MCO (727) or Express.net and TradeWinds(A-300's) They pay enough to live on, and it's good experience.
