Stand by for extra-burdensome scrutiny of crewmembers at the screening line. Several years ago, well before 9/11, a reporter procured some kind of pilot uniform and got on the ORD ramp. When the pictures he took hit the paper, the Aviation Board took its embarrassment out on pilots and F/As for a year or so. Nothing provokes a bureaucrat as much as bad publicity.
