It may be unscientific, but it is very inspirational. This is not a time to keep quiet. Think of those who may be sitting on the fence and gathering information to help them decide how to cast their vote. Remember that strong emotions---like enthusiasm ---are contagious. Realize that there will be those in your group that aren't as brave when considering change. Your posting and encouragement may be the confidence they need to nudge them in the right direction. Understand, too, that your one vote has the potential to affect the lives of many.

what happens after it passes? Any expected time frame on negotiations? Can it drag out for a year? I hope this can be expiditous for you guys. I hate to see you stuck in negotiation for 2 years.
 
Art, Ya know it could last about 1,2 or more years, but I bet it will be the company draggin feet. But you cannot put a time frame on negotiations. Were just glad it is finally happening. I was at RTA and it should have happened back 3 years ago. Were not trying to get rich here, but the QOL to me seems to be the main topic, then money. As soon as I get my pin # I will be voting, YES
 
Motivation is the key to expediting negotiations. If the company lacks the motivation to put a deal together, it is up to the pilots to show them the error of their ways. 1108 is standing by with advice on how to get management to see the light. That alone has got to be worth months of wasted time that it took the NJ pilots to figure out the answer to the problem. For a fact, the more motivated the pilots are, the easier it will be to convince the company that you're serious. You have the pressure of a new industry standard on your side and the Options vote will help bring that point home. Best of Luck to the Flex pilots and their families. Your turn has come!
 
Just got home and the letter was just waiting to be opened.

Just voted and ohhh does that feel good.

IBT1108 is going to be a huge plus for us all.
