options to ejm?????EJM'ers have anything to say good or bad

5yr cap options to go to ejm or not! have an interview coming up, start up 135 with ejm BJ capt. same pay better schedule fly from home 7-7 vs 8-7 and better 401k and health. But I wonder if I should stay or go if I get an offer? ANY EJM'ers out there have anything to say about it either.(as far as new TA will effect them) if at all.
