Options furloughees to Flexjet?

According to Silvestro's weekly announcement yesterday, DAC plans to give preferential hiring at Flex to the FO furloughed pilots before hiring "off the street". With a big expansion underway there, that's great news for you guys. You would be making a ton more money than at Options, and working for a company that's actually growing, getting new large cabin planes, and looking toward a bright future. Unlike at Options.

Sounds like a potential HR legal matter to me. Did "The Lawyer" approve this?

Be very careful and beware of potential lawsuits from those who are overlooked in favor of a certain group of people based on affiliation.
