Some things never change. And they wonder why retention is a problem.:erm: That is so funny, but sadly true.

As far as a Master's degree he can have mine I sure as hades don't need it/use it.

Love the part about "community service" too.
 
Wow, this is so spot on.. I remember being called in to the office. I was told I had to do more (with less of course). One of the "Gradebooks" were looked at by a supervisor (read: career pigeon (You have to throw a rock at them to get them to fly) while I was flying, and it wasn't up to speed. I pulled down the 90 60 30 day report that showed flight hours. I was consistently in the top 5 pilots on the report (ie: did more flying then most) out of 80 pilots. The supervisor was in the bottom five. What a freaking doosh...
