Opinions - when will FedEx start hiring?

I have heard Spring '08, no earlier than Oct. '08 and also possibly several years due to age 65.

Would like to hear from experienceds FedEx'ers ~

I doubt it will be several years. My brother in law says it'll probably be spring of 08.
