I hope you have deep pockets to reimburse the ASA MEC for the judgement and subsequent financial penalty.

It's my understanding that the mediator has told the company and the union that this is their last chance to get it done or expect the proffer of arbitration.

Both sides need to get this done. If it doesn't I will blame both sides. There is a middle ground where we can make more money and the company stays competitive.

operation grass roots is not illegal and no one has talked with the MEC and they are not apart of this. This is all the pilots doing.

Why have a big "operation"? Just fly the contract and FOM. Don't go above and beyond your job. Let everyone at ASA do their job & the airline will run the way it has been managed to run.

If you all would just take a crew meal break when you are due one that will do a number. Most of the time I have a 50 min. turn in ATL at luch time. Or a 25 min. turn at an outstation at lunch time.

Take you lunch break and that will prove a point. Too many pilot scramble to eat and get out. There is nothing saying we have to eat on the plane.

Is every word being capatalized some sort of double secret code?

What about the action on the 19th that was supposed to take place? Guess that didn't work out too well, if at all.
