Online international flight planning

Ok....I apologize first of all. A few months ago (and I have done a search), someone posted a link to an international flight planning site online. I was able to punch in my US departure point and International arrival, etc. and it gave me waypoints, etc. For the life of me, I can't find it. Does anyone remember or can anyone help?

I have had no problems with the routes that I have had that site build...

They build within my flight planning system just fine
