Online CFI done but FAA website not updated...

Did my online CFI renewal via American Flyers...sent in all the paperwork...called them about two weeks later, they said "the temp will be in the mail, no problems, all is well"

Out of curiosity, I checked my own record on the FAA website and it still reflects my old CFI date, not the new one I just did.

Should I be concerned or what is the deal with this?

I don't think that the FAA website updates until the permanent certificate is processed. I've noticed that once it updates I've received my certificate in the mail days later. I wouldn't sweat it. Once you see it change though...start checking your mail.
