So I was watching a show on the Discovery Channel that had one dude jumping from a plane to another plane. Drogue chute and all. Its in another thread. Anyways I remember seeing this done a few years ago on MTV. For a while in the 90s MTV had a stunt show on. It had some dude that always did the stunts (I think he was the pilot of the "catch plane" in the Discovery Channel show) and some hot chick that was always just there and was and announcer kind of person. The MTV show also had this dude fly thru a canyon and skydive onto a moving train if I remember. Anways does anyone remember the name of the show? I think it was like AAV or something like that. Anyways I'm a few beers into it and the show aired years ago. Any ideas would be great. Just was having a conversation with a roommie about it and we can't remember the name of the MTV show.

when you said old school i thought it was going to be a question about martha quinn or something. the show you're talking about was only a few years ago.

anyway, sorry i can't remember the name either.

Wasn't that the famous Hollywood stunt man, Dar Robinson? He put a Volkswagen Bus out of an aircraft and tried to catch it and get in to deploy, he couldn't catch it and the bus went in. He later did an airplane to airplane jump successfully but in some freak motorcycle stunt for a movie he was killed.

Dude, I was thinking the exact same thing. Nina Blackwood was always a little wierded out for me, but, my, my, Martha was just a little hottie. If you want wholesomeness like that these days, you either have to check out the weather channel girls, or Samantha Brown on the travel channel.

Sigh...

I remember MTV Rock or MTV-X "retro 80's Days" they replaced it with MTVJ or MTV Jams totally pissed me off. Who would watch MTV now says any way Fuse, Much, & VH1 Classics, I seen Van Halen where eagles fly on VH1-C the other day. I thank who ever invented the PVR! Fuse & mistress Juliya Purple hair leather & chain's and all can we say dam!! Urainium & Slave to the Metal!

"Where Eagles Fly" isn't a Van Halen song. I believe that is Sammy on his own.

As for the rest.......huh??

The show was titled "Senseless Act's of Video" with extreme stuntman Troy Hartman.

Thats the one I was thinking of.
