For now, all I am hearing is 100-150, mostly for attrition. With 70 in the pool, look for interviews to start up around Mar-Apr. Keep updating your online profile.

When you say 100-150 for attrition, I guess you mean due to retirements? Is anyone leaving for another job? I know of some who left back in the good times (pre 9/11) for the (then) big 3 but who would be leaving now and for what?

If you could and have the info could you post the retirement numbers at Fedex for the comming years, Thanks.
