Offshore Bank Accounts

Anyone have an offshore bank account? Is anyone familiar with setting up and using these accounts? Especially with access and insurance or you money? If anyone has any kind of info. or could point me in the right direction that would be great. I would take it that International pilot who do a lot of flights between countries would know about this.

You got to goto one of those banks that only identifies you by an account number, it makes the drug running and tax evasion much easier.
