The "I'm Feeling Lucky" button rings up the first search result Google finds. You get the same things if you type "Weapons of Mass Destruction," hit "SEARCH," and click on the first selection.

In other words, this page didn't come from the folks at Google. It's on someone else's website.

(A side note: when I typed in my last name and hit "I'm Feeling Lucky," Courtney Love's site came up...)
