NWA question - uploading resume

I filled out the first step of the NWA application on line, and uploaded my resume in Word form. When I went back to check on it, it was showing the resume cut and pasted in the lower block in plain text. Of course, the formatting was all way off. I'm wondering, when the people at Northwest see this, will they see the polished Word document I uploaded or will they just see the cut and pasted sloppy looking text. Anyone know? Thanks.

Hi!

Just for these types of applications, I also have my resume in an .rtf format (wordpad-can be found by clicking on "start", then "all programs", then "accessories" if you have a PC). Another format that works well is .txt (notepad).

I used my .rtf resume, and pasted it into my NWA app. Then, I have to do only a little editing, and my resume looks good.

Good Luck!

PS-Here's an example of how I format it so it doesn't get messed up by pasting it into an email/application field:

Wow! 48,000 flight hours, that's impressive! Let's see a little quick math...20 years in the military...42,000 hours...that's 2100 hours a year...40 hours a week...you were pretty busy.:D

Hi!

When I first went to (Army helo) flight training, the high time civilian contractor (former Army helo) actually HAD 48,000 hrs, all in helos!

The high time instr in our flight had 24,000. I think my IP had 18,000. None of them had very good hearing.
