A Memphis paper is reporting NWA is recalling an undisclosed number of furloughed employees. Those involved were to contact their union or company to find out who was affected.
Just wondered if any pilots were notified?

Numbers

For those that are new to this process. When airlines begin recalling employees, typically you will see the recalls in ramp, customer service, reservations and flight attendants long before you see pilot recalls. At the same time, the majors have been announcing recalls while at the same time, they forget to mention that an equal number of employees left on voluntary leaves of abscence. We will all have to be patient, because we will be the last to go.

Humble

They are recalling 500 ground service workers mainly to the hubs. Management is also meeting this week to determine summer staffing levels. Not counting on any recalls until after summer.
