NWA Medical coverage?

Does NWA medical coverage start on day 1 or 6 months?

I would assume it is the same as it is at Compass.

Medical starts the 1st day of the month after you have been with the company for 1 months time.

EX
Start Day Sept 10th Benefits start Nov 1
Start Sept 30th Benefits start Nov 1
