I understand that year 1 F/O pay is just shy of 30/hr. I'm trying to figure out what a W-2 would look like.

Are reserves breaking guarantee on the -9 and 320?

If you were able to hold a line in the first year, what are the average flying hours per month? How much do you credit roughly? (rigs)

Is there a place to see a copy of the pilot contract online?

I think only you will know what your W-4 will look like as you, and only you will fill that out. Now your W-2 will probably be a bit more interesting and I would guess would be around the 35,000.00 range.
