NWA DC-9's - how is it to fly?

732 is way superior to the DC-9.

The 9 will do the job, but at the expense of a way higher workload than the 737.

BTW, DC stands for Douglas Commercial.
 
Fly a Douglas than fly a Boeing. I am sure that it will be very hard to go back. I know that I will sit on the 767 long after I can upgrade.

I thought flying a E-120 was work. It was nothing compared to all of the weird things that the 88 did.
 
I think this old saying describes it best:


"Boeing builds airplanes. Douglas builds character!"
