NTSB Final Report

Radio news in DFW says that the NTSB released a final report on SWA crash at Midway from a few years ago when they slid off the runway and killed the child sitting in his car.
Radio claims that NTSB put full fault of accident squarely with SWA and the pilots, not Boeing as SWA was claiming. I hadn't seen any links to it here on the board, and usually this kind of stuff gets some reaction here.
