I filled out the Jet Blue on line application and received confirmation that it was completed correctly. However, I am unable to log back on using the password that I know is correct (spelling and the use of capital letters). First of all has anyone had this problem and second what can I do short of filling the application out again. Thanks in advance.

This happened to me too. Just give it a day or so and then you should be able to get back on.

If you are running a firewall program (thanks 'flx757') shut it down before launching your Internet explorer.

I am running Norton Internet Security and I need to disable the program before updating my jetBlue online application. I simply right click on the system tray icon and highlight "Disable". After that all systems are go.

I had the same problem a while back, and this seemed to solve it. I disabled my firewall (Norton Internet Security), and that took care of it.
