The former CEO,Robbie Rupard,of the now defunct WingsAir,a PT. 135 on-demand and scheduled operation,and the object of some 5 doz.to 6 doz. judgements,had an appearence in the Gwinnett County,Ga court on 12/10/09,to answer still "another suit" filed by another former employee!!
There is another court date for Monday 12/14/09!!!!
