Man, I wish I had found out about these boards 5 years ago when I started flying.

Right now I'm a CFI-I looking for a place to teach. I'm also learning plenty from these boards and the pilots with 0 to a gazillion hours.

I thought I'd say "Howdy" to all the fine folks here.

If you are looking for a place to teach, I would suggest Richmor Aviaition. They have schools in POU, SCH, Saratoga and somewhere else in NY that I cannot remember.

I instructed there for about a year and a half, they have good airplanes and you have the potential to fly for their charter operation. They have everything from Cessna 310's to Gulfstream IV's. You can check out there website at Richmor.com.

If you don't mind moving to NY, I know they are looking for flight instructors. I had about the same time as you when I first started working there.
